We operate a very flexible booking system and are open all year round.

The price you pay is for the whole property - NOT per person - and includes the many 'extras' we provide.

The minimum stay is three nights - you choose your arrival and departure days. 

The tariff is priced per night - you can calculate the total cost from the table below. 

The longer you stay, the less you pay per night.

This is for a maximum occupancy of 2 people

As we are a working farm we are unable to accommodate dogs or other animals

Please note that in the interest of all our guests, smoking is not permitted at Chapel View Farm

A reservation will be held for 5 working days to allow you to send your deposit or full payment

Bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance will require a deposit of £100 to secure the booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival

Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking

Please note that deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to an alternative booking (see Booking Conditions)

Reservations not confirmed with a deposit or full payment after 5 working days will be cancelled

We are unable to accept credit/debit card payments, but those with internet banking can make easy direct transfers.
