We believe that everyone deserves to feel a little pampered when they’re on holiday, so here at Chapel View we've gone to great lengths to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing and to create self catering accommodation with a difference.  Our aim is to offer our guests the highest standards of comfort and service within the flexibility and privacy of a self catering setting.

The difference starts before you even leave home.  Packing for a visit to us isn't the chore that it can be sometimes with a self catering holiday; in fact, you could easily just sling your clothes and toiletries in a bag and find that everything else has been taken care of (great too if you are travelling by air).  We provide heaps of towels, along with beach towels and mats, a barbeque, picnic things, hairdryer, iron, maps, travel guides and much, much more - all the little things that help make it feel like a real home.      

When you arrive, the cupboards and fridge will be stocked with all the basics, such as tea, coffee,  sugar, condiments, fresh Cornish milk and butter,  etc.  What's more, you’ll be greeted with a complimentary selection of home-made or locally produced goodies including freshly baked bread, home made preserves and honey, pressed apple juice, eggs from our free range hens and bacon and sausages from our own pigs.  There will be everything you need for at least your first fabulous farmhouse breakfast.

We will happily cater for any special dietary needs as far as possible - just let us know at the time of booking and we'll do our best to provide you with some equally delicious alternatives. 

During your stay, you will have complete privacy.  The Hayloft is self contained, not overlooked, and the garden too is secluded, private and for your use exclusively, so you will have no holiday 'neighbours' apart from us.  But if you do need us, we are just across the yard.

You will notice that our booking system is much more flexible than that of most self catering holiday providers because that's what we think fits best with today's busy lifestyles.  All we require is that you stay a minimum of three nights, even in peak season, and you choose your arrival and departure days to suit your own schedule, not ours. 

Our tariff is equally simple and we offer incredible value for money.  Unlimited heating and hot water all year round are included in the price, and you won't find any hidden extra costs once you arrive. 

It's easy for us to operate in this way because we are a small, family business and completely independent.  We do absolutely everything ourselves, so you can rest assured that you are dealing with real people whose only concern is for you to enjoy your stay.
